The lochia is typically divided into several stages:
1: Early Lochia (Red Lochia):
Time: The first 0-3 days after birth.

2: Intermediate Lochia (Pink or Yellow Lochia):

How to Monitor the Volume of Lochia in Real Time?
To monitor the volume of lochia, you can observe the following:
1: Monitor the Sanitary Pads: Track the number of pads used each day and how often they need to be changed. If the lochia volume is heavy, the pads may become saturated quickly or need to be changed frequently. This can help you gauge if the volume is normal.
